Lemon Cake Recipe
* 3 large egg whites
* 3 large egg yolks
* 1 teaspoon lemon zest
* ¼ cup lemon juice
* 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
* 1 ½ cup milk
* ¾ cup sugar
* ¼ cup flour
* Salt 1 / 8 c. Tea
Beat the egg whites beaten stiff. Set aside until needed.
Egg yolk in a bowl and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, butter or margarine and milk.
Mix sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually, the dry mixture to egg yolk mixture and mix well. Beat until mixture is smooth.
