
Raspberry Dark Chocolate Cake Recipe
For this cake use your favorite chocolate cake recipe or for the novice baker with two mixes of dark chocolate.
mix with :
10 large eggs
3 cups cold water
1 cup oil
Mix at medium speed until well blended,scraping bowl for 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into three equal size (10x2-inch molds).
Bake at 350 degrees preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until tender. Cool on a rack, eject,cut cake layer rounded corners.

Buy a good raspberry pie filling fertile (H & H) is the best,about one pound to fill in a bowl and add the icing on the (the cream first) now fold them up,until the desired flavor and thickness (Don 't make it too thin).
Use a recipe for chocolate butter cream that you like and add the icing (black raspberry extract) until the desired flavor (if the glaze is too thin add a little sugar over 10x).
Assemble the cake:
At the lower level set of a dam of ice around the perimeter and filling in the center and smooth level,repeat for the second or third level,organized according to your taste.
