ingredients:
1 Graham cracker crust - (7 "or 8" dia)
1 can sweetened condensed milk - (14 oz)
3 egg yolks
4 ounces Minute Maid pure lemon juice
4 ounces Cool Whip
14 vanilla wafers

instructions:
Combine milk,egg yolks and lemon juice with a whisk.Pour into pie crust.Arrange vanilla wafers around pie in the filling,so that half of the plate is shown mounted.Spread Cool Whip evenly top and cover with Saran Wrap.Put in freezer for at least 2 hours.Serve very cold.
